The Chair creates the Desjardins Award for the New Generation in Nursing Care for Older People and their Families
Over the last 15 years, the Chair has been known as the “Desjardins Chair in Nursing Care for the Older People and their Families”. From now on, the Chair will pursue its mission as the “Research Chair in Nursing Care for Older People and their Families”.

To recognize our alliance with the Desjardins Group as a key partner of the Chair and its unwavering commitment to our mission, we have created the “Desjardins Award for the New Generation in Nursing Care for Older People and their Families”.
The competition for this $5,000 award will be open in Fall 2017 to all Chair’s students. It will reward a student for her commitment and contribution to improving care for older people and their families.
