Following a competition in January 2017, the Chair awarded the $20,000 Familles Gagnon-Thibaudeau Scholarship to Ms. Stéphanie Daneau, PhD candidate at the Faculty of Nursing of the Université de Montréal. She is supervised by Dr. Anne Bourbonnais.

Her doctoral study is about nursing care to families that must make end-of-life decisions for an older person living with Alzheimer’s disease in a long-term care facility.
