This video and text tells the story of a man who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease at sixty-year-old. Rather than being depressed by that news, he chose to give a new meaning to his life. Surrounded by his family, he became an advocate. Through his “Care and Cure Alzheimer’s” project, he defends the right to respect and care for people living with Alzheimer’s disease. His commitment was recognized with an award at the Great Minds Gala.
