A non-profit organization (NPO) had come up with the ideas of creating a “village” primarily for French-speaking older people. With access to health care is its core, the project will begin with the creation of a long-term care home. Over time, several other services will be added so that this evolving project will eventually constitute what the NPO describes as a “carrefour of French-language services”.
